How IAMP is run

IAMP, as a trade organisation, represents and communicates with its Members through constant dialogue, newsletters and an Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is hosted by a different Member each year. Recent events have been held over 3-4 days at Minimundus, Bekonscot, Mini-Europe and Catalunya in Miniatura.

At the AGM, Members have the opportunity to meet, share ideas, discuss publicity and technology developments, see “behind the scenes” at other miniature parks and similar regional visitor attractions. Internal IAMP issues are discussed and IAMP Committees report back on recent activity and plans for the following year.

The current President is Hans Steijn of Madurodam, with close assistance from the management of Pueblo Chico, Miniatuur Walcheren and Mini-Europe.

The IAMP is structured with individual Members and groups of Members working together on different topics:
